Sensei Dean Marshall began training in karate as a young child and has maintained continuous practice for decades. 

Sensei Cristy Sulek is a long-term practitioner of traditional Goju-Ryu karate and a senior instructor at the Miyagi Kan Lismore dojo.

Sensei Lachlan Yee holds a 3rd dan in Goju-Ryu and has trained in karate for approximately 15 years, competing at national and international level in veterans kata. 

Sensei Krystal Boyce began training in karate at age ten and has developed into one of Australia's most credentialed kumite competitors.
